Which cart do I have?

Results are a best guess from public serial charts. Confirm with your dealer before ordering parts.

How do I identify my cart?

Club Car

Serial format: PH0901-123456 = model letters, 2-digit model year, 2-digit build week, then a 6-digit number.

  • DS: riveted plate under the dash, right of the accelerator pedal (some guides say under the passenger-side glove box). Pre-1981: frame I-beam by the driver-side batteries.
  • Precedent: passenger-side dash or kick panel.
  • Onward: bar-code decal below the passenger-side cup holder, or above the pedals.

EZGO

Use the manufacturer's code (a letter plus 3-4 digits, like D1912) on the same plate as the serial. The last 2 digits are the model year. The serial number alone doesn't give the year.

  • TXT: plate in the passenger-side glove box (a sticker on 2014+); backup sticker under the seat on the cross frame behind the access cover.
  • RXV: sticker in the passenger-side glove box and on the frame under the seat near the differential; newer RXVs also have a barcode at the base of the steering column.

Yamaha

The ID starts with a 3-character model code, like JW9-501234. The code gives the model and year range.

  • Drive2 (2017+): sticker on the rear wall of the motor/engine compartment under the seat; late-2022+ also a barcode on the steering column.
  • Drive G29 2011-2016: under the seat toward the rear, on the upright support beam.
  • Drive G29 2007-2010: passenger side near the seat.
  • G19 / G22: driver-side glove box (G22 also on the frame under the seat).
